RETURN POLICIES

Damage Returns

Items returned due to shipping damage will be exchanged according to our shipping policies. Items returned and not exchanged will only be credited a full refund once carrier has settled a damage claim.

Incorrect Item Return

Items that are the incorrect part # / model will be returned according to the following:

Returns due to customer mistake such as incorrect part # ordered, incorrect truck description etc. will be exchanged with the customer paying return freight and the original freight for the product. There are no restocking fees on exchanges except where the items were shipped from or by a supplier that charges a restocking fee. In that event the fee will be passed on to the customer.

Incorrectly ordered items that are not exchanged or returns due to buyer remorse must be returned freight prepaid by the customer and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus original freight charges. Items that were special ordered or shipped by a supplier may not be returnable or may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Refusals

Items refused by customer or not picked up from carriers shall be subject to all return policies as listed above.

Notification Times

All issues must be reported to Truck Alterations within 48 hours of receipt.

WARRANTY

All items are new unless otherwise noted and subject to full manufacturer warranty. Customer recourse is through manufacturer warranty only for defects. Truck Alterations will do anything possible to assist customer in obtaining warranty assistance.
